Paco Guzmán shall be cooking in the Silk Purse, Upstairs of An Crúibín, as part of our gastronomical food exchange.

Paco, who runs his own restaurant Santa Maria, in El Born, Barcelona will be cooking using Irish ingredients sourced from Cork markets, in his own youthful and energetic style.

A very limited number of Tickets are on sale for 35 euro. A five course taster menu of Pacos, and a glass of wine are included in this event.

    Yes you are right. Im sorry Hungry heart and Waitron of Benny. I dont know what came over me. It could be something to do with my latent anger regarding an Ceann Comhairle John O Donoghue expenses scandal. Lets all look forward to Paco’s dinner again, and tap in to that positivity. So heres to Paco and the good people of an Cruibin. The world is such a beautiful place. Let’s go to one of those pubs that all look the same as the others, and pour all the wages back in to the till…
